Sweet Jane Promises Cocktails and Rock ‘n Roll for Bay Shore

A pair of brothers, Anthony and Andrew Tartaglia, will be opening a new rock ‘n roll style cocktail bar, Sweet Jane, in the town of Bay Shore.

The successful bar and restaurant proprietors have continued to expand their businesses, allowing them to cater to different tastes, as well as emerging South Shore markets.

This is the duo’s fourth business in the Bay Shore area. The bar will be located on 64 East Main Street, sharing the street with a few of their own businesses: Verde Kitchen & Cocktails and Coastal Kitchen & Daiquiri Bar.

In their announcement post, which was broadcasted on the Coastal Kitchen & Daiquiri Bar Facebook page, the owners had this to say about what is to be expected from Sweet Jane:
