Dave Matthews Band Concert at Jones Beach Theater Moved to September 21

A highly anticipated Dave Matthews Band concert to be held at Jones Beach Theater in Wantagh has been rescheduled for September 21.

Originally scheduled for July 7, the change of time was announced due to the pandemic.

The Dave Matthews Band’s tour is still set to begin in July, with most shows moved in order to accommodate for the new schedule. Kicking things off in Raleigh, North Carolina, the tour will take them through various states throughout the summer, eventually leading to the end of the concert season at Jones Beach in September.

Tickets will be honored for those who have already purchased theirs, with more available at varying levels of the theater. The Dave Matthews Band has also partnered with The Nature Conservancy in an effort to grow a million trees. They have participated in this before to great success. For fans to help out, they can add an additional two dollars to their ticket price.
